You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link provided in each email. You acknowledge and agree that your cell phone provider may charge fees for sending and receiving text messages, and you are solely responsible for any such fees. Frogtown Association of Businesses is not liable for any fees associated with your cell phone provider.

2. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Frogtown Association of Businesses, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the information contained within our text messages or emails; Any conduct or content of any third party on the services; Any content obtained from the services; and

• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

3. Mobile Terms Our mobile messaging program includes, but is not limited to, ongoing offers, transactional alerts, and one-time offers. By participating in our mobile messaging program, you agree that you are the current user of the phone number provided, and you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting and will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our products or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
